With Premier: A 15m x 50m Monaco Conservatory Structure with clear fabric and glass walls has been installed on the front lawn of the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto for the 2024 Lapis Ball. The structure is ballasted with concrete blocks covered in black vinyl, seamlessly blending into the surroundings while creating an elegant enclosed space.
Before Premier: A beautiful backyard space with lots of room for lounging around a beautiful pool & hot tub combo, complemented by a lovely accent waterfall.
With Premier: Using our raised beam flooring solution and a Legacy Tent on top we were able to create a useful event space for a fundraising function over the pool and surrounding area!
Before Premier: A pool & hot tub combo makes for a wonderful space to spend your time on a warm afternoon. When the homeowner wanted to host a wedding ceremony in the same spot, we were called in to transform the space.

Before Premier: A secluded tennis court at a beautiful private cottage on Lake Simcoe made for an amazing venue but also made for some creative delivery and installation.

Before Premier: A very uneven portion of rough at Magna Golf Club was the proposed location for the Family Zone during the 2019 CP Women’s Open.
With Premier: Using our Elevated Leveled Decking system, we transformed the ‘difficult space’ into one of the most visited and useful social attractions on the property. The Solar System 60 with glass wall created a comfortable climate controlled spot for families to be entertained and relax.
Before Premier: This empty parking lot is owned by Cosmo Music in Richmond Hill, who hired Premier in 2015 to build the perfect venue to house their annual vendor sale and concert.
With Premier: Our 50’x135’ Solar Structure with french window walls became the centrepiece for Cosmo Music‘s annual event and for subsequent years they went even bigger!!!
Before Premier: This tight treed courtyard at Victoria College (U of T), was exposed to the elements prior to the Premier solution.
With Premier: Using 40’x120’ and 30’x60’ Legacy Structures connected with a 10’x35’ LT walkway, this location became the host site to kick off the HotDOCS International Film Festival.
Before Premier: Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment were thrilled to host the MLS Cup as they watched their TFC battle the Seattle Sounders, but corporate suites and warm spaces were at a premium in the cold December weather.
With Premier: Premier installed a 40’x10’ Solar Structure with glass wall front for a perfect view of the pitch. The climate controlled environment was a hit with the client and the few lucky TFC fans.

With Premier: We custom built a floor over the pool using I-beams and plexiglass panels, while also extending the hot tub cover turning it into a 12’x12’ stage. The entire area was then covered with a 30’x45’ legacy structure.
Before Premier: A spacious pool house allowing for 365 days of indoor swimming is never a problem until you need to host a party.
With Premier: Premier installed a flush-mount floor over the pool to host 100 guests for a surprise milestone birthday party- little did guests know, it was also a surprise wedding!
